A full deposit is required before proceeding with production. Once the client confirms production, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Production time starts at a minimum of six weeks and may vary depending on the complexity of the design and stone sourcing. The estimated timeframe will be discussed with the client during the consultation.

We offer complimentary resizing and cleaning services for the first year. For any future jewellery services, we can provide a quote upon request.
